I almost had to reformat my whole hard drive to get rid of the nasty spyware until I downloaded microsoft's new Beta anti-spyware program.  It got rid of what Spybot and all the others could not.

I'm sorry, but I just don't trust Microsoft to do anything right anymore. I got SP2 with all the goodies and it caused many different problems. The biggest being my  MICROSOFT Word program didn't work with it. It was so stupid I took it off immediately. I use a combination of Spyblaster, Spybot, Kapersky Anti-Virus and Firewall, and System Mechanic to keep my computer running smoothly. If Microsoft fixes all the SP2 bugs...I might get it and the anti-spyware stuff, but until then I'll pass.

Forget looking for a job, why not just chat the whole day?

Whoa! Jo lives. Good to see you're still alive.

I just tried out that BEA chatroom and there was only one other non-responsive person in there, lol.

My gallery password remains protected in my brain only. Hell, not used it for ages (RL rocks!).

Any more info on which accounts are suspected?

now about that text which BuffaloJack got from Chelsea''s boards ....Im not defending B.J. bashing her over there..but posting text as in quoting a person theoretically is freedom of speech.
He could as well stand out on the street and read the text aloud. "I quote..."

I see no reason to visit or know Kelly Hell's site

Why spend money to see someone on a picture once
and then, zip... nothing.... nada.

There are plenty girls on the web with a more and understanding  attitude

Sorry for bad english and my very late response

Unless you know of somewhere that won't charge for the gigs of bandwidth it uses, yes.  Suck it up and get a job.

There are a few free files available but the page is offline for a few adjustments. Hang in there.

I'm sorry but this is just the nature of the internet beast.  What you're talking about happens literally tens-of-millions times per day.  I mean, you talk about initiating legal action, but c'mon!  This case would not get passed the preliminary phase of any kind of judiciary action, it just happens too often and on too large a scale.  Can you imagine our court systems if everyone that has had images reproduced and  reposted on the net filed a suit?  Hell, I have my students copy-and-print pictures all the time at school, but is this breaking the law?  And even so, is it an infraction that anyone will give a damn about?  Kind of like taping the Superbowl and loaning the tape to a friend.  Or ripping the seal off your mattress. How many people have been brought to court for pirating movies or songs off the internet, which is a far worse problem than the one we're talking about?  The only thing I can suggest is for the admins to implement a program that automatically labels all photos posted on the BE-archive with the "BE" logo, so atleast they're getting some free pub out of the whole ordeal.  But to sit up here and say that legal measures will be taken is quite a misnomer.

Just because "everyone is doing it" doesn't make it an acceptable practice. (author's note: it has only happened once in ten years here, at the BEA) Debating the site admins' actions are moot: your point of view will not impact their policy and legal discussions, while amusing, are beyond the scope and intent of this forum.
