It's not 'on tv' (unless that particular show was aired on cable or PPV at some point). I assume it's from one of the uncensored direct to videotape/DVD specials from Springer. Same place where we got to see Next Door Nikki whip 'em out 'on tv' if you recall. Pardon the low-rez cap... it's from a too-compressed FLV of Nikki's Springer appearance... I'm sure better quality caps exist.
