My wife is looking for larger bras to see how things look and feel with a mock-up scenario.
One of the helpful steps towards getting breast implants is known as the "rice test". One takes a plastic bag and fills it up with 1, 2, 3, 4, or however many cups of rice, then stuffs said bag of rice into one bra cup. Repeat for other side.
Now, my wife could try this with her current 38DD bra, but she's not interested in itty bitty implants. And 2 large bags of rice stuffed into her current bra would likely look a bit misshapen. Something with a larger cup should do the trick.
So, does anyone know where we could source larger bras, say starting with 38F with cup sizes going up from there? They don't have to be pretty or glamorous, just functional at this point.
We were going to hit Wal-mart today to see what they had, but our plans got derailed. We'd rather not shop online, but if it turns out that's our only option, then we will (so feel free to submit links).
Thanks!

You won't find bras much larger than what she already wears at Wal-Mart or any department stores. Most stores like that top out at a DDD(F), G or H. Most don't carry the G or H. You'll likely have to go to a bra specialty shop. My wife has to order bras online or thru a bra fitter via phone to get her size... a Lady Cameo 40K/38KK.
Have fun.

Hi, Just for your info i found that using plastic bags did make a lot of noise, so what i did was use a pair of flesh coloured pantyhose and filled them with the desired qty of rice, and then to give them the volume/shape i used polystyrene beads, the kind you find in bean bags etc, knotted the ends and trimmed off the excess, then you can fit this into the bra and hey presto!! it worked for me!! On the subject of bigger cup bras I just typed the desired bra cup size into a search engine and it brought up lots of options, hope this helps love Dee xx

Hi, Katie I currently get all my bras from Bravissimo. As I am currently 36G they give me a reasonable choice but after my next BE i will probably be 36J and the choice is then very limited I know Bravissimo ship to Europe but not sure about the USA which is why i did not mention it. Another bra site to try, which are American, is http://www.glamorise.comhope that helps. Dee xx

Thanks for the links. I like Bravissimo, have gotten there catologs before, but have never bought from them due to the cost.
And Glamorise, man, those are some ugly bras. Not that it matters for "testing". But it really bugs me how it seems Europe has much better looking bras and clothing for the large cup woman. Sure, the US has some decent stuff for 34DD-F, but so hard to find anything. My wife wants to someday soon go to larger implants from her current Sept 1999 475cc implants, but her biggest complaint is clothing. She has been fustrating since the surgery in finding new clothes. It has been hard enough to go from 34B with tons of fun sexy lingere and clothing with plunging neck lines, to 34DD/DDD where bras have huge bridges and most clothes don't plunge nearly as much. Seems that the more cleavage you have to show, the more the clothing is designed to cover it up. And the less you have, the more skin it shows. At least that has been our observation.
And to remind people, the reason I talk for my wife all the time on this forum, is because she doesn't know I use this forum and so she doesn't have a user here.
Anyways, we just wish there was a good affordable supply of large cup, small band, lingere and clothing. I mean, come on, breast implants are extremely common and with over 100,000 of them a year getting larger boobs, seems small band size, large cup size would have a good amount of customers to cater to.

try freya for pretty underwired or royce for pretty non-wired support bras.

Man! You replied to a post which is almost 7 years old! Things have changed a lot since then. Check out the thread about cherri's surgery (in my signature) and the link to my reference site which includes a fairly comprehensive list of sites which sell the larger bra sizes (also in my signature). Ah, here we go. A link directly to the list: http://www.largerimplants.info/joom/en/links/47-bras-swimwear.htmlTa daa!

I've found and purchased Goddess bras in an N cup. I, however, am still looking for something more in the P or Q range. Even the N cup bras don't properly fit a 57" overbust.
