I know, way long ago and I'm finally replying. I personally don't tend to post photos mainly because, well, I'm not exactly attractive. And when you read some of the bashing that goes on with the models - models!!! people who get paid to look good!!! - when they don't match someone's idea of perfect, a just-average (or below) gal can feel extremely reluctant to put anything up.
Although, granted, I don't care if anyone thinks I'm a guy. |

Wow, thanks everyone!! I know, I expect everyone to be cynical, it's only because I am. Dick, I do understand that you're opposed to creepy pretenders, and that is totally okay. There are people who tend to take advantage of the semi-anonymous aspects of the internet to pose as someone else, and that can be super-weird! I'm glad that you were able to see it the other way, too. Who knows. Maybe someday I'll get over my self-image issues and post something. A couple of people have seen pictures of me, and none have recoiled in horror (  ) so it's a possibility. And there is the promise of running people over with Varla and notty. That does sound fun. |

I added you to the list (in my edited post on page one of this thread) the minute you showed up... how could I not? Sadistyk periodically updates the list by incorporating all the new names since the last listing. Thus, you'll be included in the next release of the master list... we don't have too many redheads, so you'll stand out, even among such an impressive crowd.

I have nothing but pride about my sense of humor, open mind, upbeat attitude, etc., ad infinitum, ad nauseum.... but I am sensitive about the way I look in pictures. Go fig. I may have posted one once, maybe, when I first started here, and I made sure it was the worst pic of me possible. I think that may have been the theme of the thread, actually. About three years ago, o/t forum? Maybe? Huh. Oddly enough, I don't mind drawings. I'm waiting for IowaGuy to hurryitup with that comic with me and notty in it. |
