I will work on that. I have saline for almost 13 years and looking to upgrade to silicone. I was considering the 995cc silicones but have only seen very few pics of this size. It seems the silicone threads died, and saline is very popular. I might have to go smaller my ribcage is 29" and I dont want uniboob.

Welcome to the forum!

On silicone:  Many consider this to be the gold standard.  If you've had the chance to visit a surgeon's office and hold a silicone implant in your hand, you know what I'm talking about.  If you haven't had the chance, put it on your To Do list when you go for a consult.  Be sure to squeeze them as hard as you like; they're quite resilient.

On going to 995cc from 750cc:  That's just about a 25% increase in volume.  But you won't get the commensurate increase in surface area.  Or diameter.  Your best bet is to try filling up a couple of Ziploc bags or similar, either with rice or water.  Fill one to about 1000cc and the other to about 750cc.  Heft them.  Roll them around between your hands.  See if you can get a sense for how modest or insanely huge or whatever you feel the difference between them is.

While you're at it, check out suzy1qtee's thread.  She's a petite woman, but she's got substantial implants.  (Somewher upwards of 1100cc -- sorry suzy1qtee, I should probably have this memorized by now!)  Note the lack of uniboob.

If you've had your current implants for 13 years, you know better than anyone how 'full' or 'room for more' they are.  If they still feel snug and perky and so on, then maybe you're right, maybe you can't put much more in there.  But I'm betting that 995cc is easily within reach for you.

When my wife collared_cherri went from no implants to 1000cc under the muscle, I actually did have a little concern within the first little while that she might have been experiencing incipient uniboob.  Fortunately it turned out to be nothing to worry about.  But going from nothing to 1000cc (creating the pocket and waiting for things to drop) is quite a bit different from adding more to what you've got.

I'm a bit torn here.  On the one hand I'm always keen to encourage going as big as you're contemplating (and perhaps a bit more).  But on the other hand you sound like you're very comfy at your current size, and the 995cc isn't much more than a high-end bit of whimsy.

If I had to take a wild guess (and resist the urge to encourage you to go the distance), how about going to 800cc, but in silicone?

'Uniboob' is also known as 'synmastia', 'symmastia' and 'breadloafing'.  I think I've also seen it called 'monoboob'.

Take a look at Sabrina Sabrok for example, I saw several TV shows of here where she gets nasty or negative comments, but she makes a joke or positive remark with a big smile and those negative people are silent for a while.

So you moved over to a new home, well that's a hassle, I know.... It always takes much more time as you had planned.
Where did you move, did you get a bigger home, or did you move in at your boyfriends house? Or did you move in to a new home together?

Did you already introduce yourself at the new neighbors?  And…….?  How did they react on such a beautiful new neighbor?

MDF, too bad collared_cherri wasn't with me then because I just love having people with me who have quick tongues and can shut someone down with just a couple of comments. I need to learn how to do that better! And yes, I'm soooo glad my moving is all over and done with...such a relief! The dating situation....well me and my last b/f broke up. I'm pretty bummed that it didn't work out, but oh well, what can you do when both want things that are completely opposite from each other??

34f 32G, thank you for your comments . I actually would love to get a permanent bodyguard. That's on my to-do list actually . I do have a few body builder friends and whenever they go out with me, I don't have too many problems. My brother is tall and muscular too and when me and him go clubbin', no one really bothers me either.

Yes, I moved into a bigger house and it's my own. I actually broke up with my b/f. I met one of my neighbors, but I haven't met any others yet. A guy next door to me introduced himself to me when he saw me moving in. I usually keep to myself though, as far as talking to my neighbors and stuff....because a lot of neighbors love to gossip, and I absolutely hate gossiping...it's just so 4th grade. I have to say, you'd be an awesome neighbor though !

I haven't gone horseback riding since I started moving. But, I'll be going again this weekend so I'll have to remember to take pix.
