I wanted to start a thread as a tribute to how perfect a girls boobs can look when she's laying on her back.
This one is particularly good... I love how her back is arched and her implants are standing tall. Great look!
Mod edit: editing thread title on initial post to improve search ability. Having any punctuation right next to the word (in this case: back) prevents that word from coming up in search results.
