No, of course I've had no surgery to remove my nipples. I don't think that's actually possible. What if one becomes pregnant/lactating without nipples? Maybe someone else knows better.
I just did it in joke, because it seems that the word "nipple" is often misused in the meaning of areola.
Don't be afraid. My nipple is where it belongs.

As you can see in the picture ((c)G_girl), areola size can be an issue, especially if you don't like to wear large swimsuits.
Its seems to me that most women don't like over sized areolas. And before I've joined this forum, I thought men don't like it as well. But I've learned, that a lot of men are addicted to large areolas. I'd love to hear from some guys why they are so fascinated by stretched areolas.

Yeah, I feel your pain. When I see someone exclaim online, "WOW, look at her huge nipples!" I'm expecting one of a) very long nipples, b) very thick nipples, or c) both. I don't expect to see areolas the size of saucers. You'd think a genuine fan of that part of the female anatomy would have more of a clue. *shrug*
That said, I've certainly heard cosmetic surgeons (TV, radio) do the same, likely because it's so commonplace. And when the context becomes ambiguous, that's when they'll tend to specify the nipple, the areola, or the nipple-areolar complex.

This is an interesting question, and I'm not sure how well I'll be able to answer it. But I'll take a shot at it.
First, my attraction seems to me to be as mysterious as my attraction to large/huge breasts. I know that doesn't help a whole lot.
Second, I guess it's a semi-subliminal sign of maturity. Like large breasts. Perhaps of being fecund, even though reproduction fell off my personal radar years ago. Conversely, the smaller the areola, the less mature; itty bitty 3/4" areolas make me cringe. A woman getting her areolas reduced to 3/4" in diameter would completely baffle me. I guess for her, that would contribute to a more youthful appearance, but for me that would contribute to becoming inappropriately youthful-looking, arguably asexual. Sort of like getting a breast reduction to a triple-A cup.
Large areolas just seem lush and beckoning. Sort of screaming "I command you to suck me! I KNOW what I like." Tiny areolas just seem to suggest "Tee hee, we don't know what sex is about, don't touch."  Attention-getting in the same way thick, long, perma-erect nipples do. (The perma-erect effect is another nice bonus of some breast augmentations.)
And the above just addresses my general, subconscious reactions/sentiments.
Since becoming more aware/educated regarding breast augmentation, I've come to realize that usually the woman's areolas will stretch out to a larger diameter. (I say 'usually' because I don't have empirical data that 100% of women experience this. It does seem to be fairly typical, though.) This is yet another reason I'm a fan of breast augmentation, although it was more along the lines of "Wait what? You mean the areolas get larger too? (And the nipples become more permanently erect?) W00t!"

Not true.
Check with Dr Domanskis. He has offices in both California and Italy. He would do your surgery in Italy, and any follow-up care could be done in California. I don't know who his supplier is, as his representative on the BEA (DR_DDD) has been very tight-lipped about this detail.
Also check with Dr Yermian (California), as I'd heard he still had some sort of "old stock" supply (pre-lockdown, but still legit). It might only be larger salines, but still worth checking out.
Other than that, you could check with the Bumrungrad facility in Thailand. I don't know one way or the other, but they might have an alternative source for larger silicone implants. I do recall hearing somewhat recently that Sientra (formerly Silimed) in... I think it was Brazil (definitely not in the USA) was still offering at least 1200cc in silicone.
For Sientra, I'm only following the breadcrumbs. I still don't have anything solid to go on. |

Aside from size and shape of breast, stretched areolas are the sexiest thing, they almost seem to grow as you stare at a pic. They really give a sense that the breast has grown larger.
Can I just add to the chorus and say you are truly spectacular in your sexiness and attitude.

Unfortunately this is no option, because he refused to do my boobs without a lift. So I didn't ask him whether he has any supply of larger than legal implants.

I honestly can't remember if it's larger silicones or larger salines anymore, but maybe you can get that detail when you contact him. I *can* tell you that it's not Eurosilicone; he's secured a relationship with another vendor. If you do follow through with this option, I'd love to hear what company that is.

Very tough call. If you have a narrow ribcage, I'd suggest higher profile. Again, if you can get a consult with Dr Domanskis, I'm sure he'll be able to totally nail that down. |

That's probably about as well as I could put it. I hate small areolas. Conversely, if I were with a girl with big, bumpy, angry-looking saucer areolas, in all seriousness, she could probably make me cum just by letting me lick them.
Linsey McKenzie makes me angry. On top of the ridiculous reduction she got, she got her areolas reduced to teeny-tiny fractions of what they were, to the point that they're disproportionately small for even the little breasts she has now. Horrible. |

I do not know what you are feeling, I know your breasts are yours and you want to make sure they look great. They look great now. I think said this a few times I would love to have someone whose a nice woman like you with G/F kupps and super-large arealoes. If you are wanting overs or unders that is something the PS will decide. If the implant firms them up a little and has sightly projection, might be one the exceptions to the rule getting something radical to improve your breast. I am trying to say your rack is so great I do not think it needs that much improvement. I know that you might beg to differ. If she wants overs and the PS is of the opinion that unders give the best result (in his opinion) and refuses to do overs, she either goes with unders or finds another PS. Fortunately, there are PS's out there who do it both ways and will first advise the patient then go with her wishes.
