Actually I want to go with 1500cc custom implants by PIP. But they are out of business now. I don't know what to do now. Maybe Sebbin is an option. It would be great, if there is somebody who has some more information about the Sebbin implants or any manufacturer for large custom silicone implants. I don't like these ultra high profile implants. I am looking for moderate smooth silicones.

But you have to consider, that I alredy have 650cc. I hope my areolas will get even lager with the new implants 
Not every woman likes areolas this large, but I know some men do.

With how big you want to go maybe you should just go with a set of expanders. Heck, at least with those if down the line you ever feel like getting a fillup, you can get it done willy nilly.

Ive thought getting them a little. Ive got 800cc salines, and Id love to get a redo some time, but Ive heard about how firm 800's get when you overfill them up to like 1200+, and I dont like that idea at all. There isnt really any other option here in NA to go extra large without going over seas and dishing out tons of cash for a custom set of saline or silicone implants. Im just doing a little research here and there, and saving up money. I have no idea when Ill do it, or how big of a final size I decide on. Plenty of time to think about it!

I am not sure, but a while back when  was researching implants with my ex wife, expanders were rumored to have a higher failure rate over time. Not being built to stay in for decades in the first place. It is only saline so i wasn't worried about any health risks, it is more about the hassle and something like that usually happening when one is low on funds.

because apart from that I've always been wondering why a lot more people don't get expanders in the first place, being able to add more volume over time with allegedly about 50% of women wishing they had gone bigger after a while.

There is another option.

I've mentioned this recently in another thread in this sub-forum, but there was a woman who posted briefly last December about her BA experiences, and ended up with Becker double lumens, overfilled by quite a bit.  The net volume (saline + silicone) per implant ended up at 1750cc.  And due to the silicone outer lumen, there's the pleasant benefit of having the silicone 'feel'.

I've mentioned her thread enough recently, that maybe I should just add it to my signature.    Someday soon, I'm sure.

Here's the story as I heard it from a former breast implant engineer:

1. expanders were at one time identical to conventional implant
2. women would overfill these expanders, and decide they didn't need to have another surgery to get new 'permanent' implants
3. implant companies went "whoa, we're losing revenue here", so they lowered the quality assurance on the expanders
4. lowering the QA resulted in the implant companies limiting the warranty to only 6 months
5. since expanders were only ever meant to be temporary, having a 6 month warranty was not unreasonable

So you could go with expanders and they may or may not meet the quality of permanent implants.  Just leave them in there, and hope they don't fail for 10+ years.

Or, you could just get conventional implants and overfill them.

You're right, this is not the end. I'm thinking about going to 1500cc or even larger. 1500cc seems to be the largest silcone implant available right now. My fetish starts to become expensive by the time.
Maybe I should start my own paysite to refinance my obsession. The only problem is, that I have a well respected job and I don't want to be recognized. I can't imagine that someone will pay for my pictures, if my face can't be seen. What do you guys think?
