Well guys what can I say ,I get a phyical every year. Last year my PSA went from 2.5 to 4.0..off to the specilist I go... The gland was slightly enlarged but nothing dramatic for a man in his 50s.. Biopsy time! Holy Shit! this has got to be the worst 20 min of a guys life... He stabbed me 10 times...results were negitive...PSA six months later has risen to 6.0...another Biopsy...stabbed me 12 times...Im pissing blood clots for days and blood for a month...results negitive again...flash forward to last week and yearly phyical with regular doctor...PSA has slightly decreased to 5.4 .Ive cut back on coffee and drink more water also a glass of cranberry juice every day...In 3 months specilist will order another PSA...So we will see....I sure as hell dont want him stabbing me again...

I've been normal so far ( knock on wood ). My father had prostate cancer at 79, but since it was caught early, he is OK and had some radiation treatments. He is 84 now and in 6 month he will be in full remission. Good luck to you brownshoe from the ol' bubblehead.

So far my yearly physical only has included the ol' finger up the butt, as my blood tests haven't shown a bad PSA yet. Now, I pray to god it doesn't. I didn't know that showing a bad PSA would cause that nasty stuff to happen, even if your prostate stays healthy.

My last "finger up the butt" (and I've had several lately... not all recreational, either) was by a petite blond. Not busty, but I'm still a fan of short, slender fingers.

In the last couple of months I've done some reading, and have been gratified by two discoveries: 1) My PSA is 1.7; and 2) There is an active debate in the medical community about finding a less painful way to do biopsies.

By the way, just a fact: If you masturbate within hours before your blood draw, the PSA number will be higher than normal.
So NO fapping/BEA-viewing before your blood draw!!

And if the examining physician is female, you don't want her to have long fingernails....

I've wondered, if the examining physician is an attractive female, what's worse, to have an, er, spontaneous reaction, or to have no reaction whatsoever?
