lately ive been checking out the "who's online" list here at the forum and have noticed that there are always a lot of unregistered people reading posts (at least 30 every time i check). i just wanted to invite all these lurkers to join!  |

Ok, after a little arm-twisting from the missus I registered...Only to find that someone else took my preferred username. Hence the underscores. BTW, when mentioning me in posts, you don't have to type the underscores...I find it a little annoying, and I suppose it can easily impede the read flow of a conversation. Just my thoughts.

No, you don't have to be a paying member. I wonder though, if a
registered forum user "hides" when he/she is online, will she/he appear as anonymous? I suspect that this is the case because I've received PM's from registered users that didn't appear on the "Who's online" page...

Well, I been lurkin' around here before BEA became a members site (or when most of the content was free, my memory is not that good), and the funny thing about that is that the computer that I was using then is the one I am now (plus a bigger (a 1.1GB to a 12.7GB) hard drive). Now, however, I got access to a scanner and learned a little HTML code. So now I have something to post. I bet your glad of that |
