That said, I was amused to see her do kickbacks with 2 plates (20 lbs?). When I do kickbacks, I do the full stack of 150 lbs, and my ass is miles from being anything close to a bubble butt. But I'm a pretty wiry guy. I showed the vid to cherri, who has knee problems (noisy/grindy being just one of the symptoms). We both latched onto the deadlifts, where she had her knees slightly bent but otherwise not flexing. Something to revisit next time we're at the gym. Btw, it would appear that Andressa Soares deserves to be in the butt thread over in the OT section (if she's not already there). She's definitely got what it takes. |
