About a separate (older but noteworthy) sighting: anyone else recall that episode of the (Dave) "Chappelle Show" that included a sketch about a "Wrap it Up" box for sale? It was just a box with a red button on top and a flashing sign that would light up to display the words "Wrap it Up" and you'd press it when you wanted something to hurry up and be done.
In the sketch, a guy on a date presses it when he's weary of listening to her talking, a defendant in court presses it when he's tired of the judge lecturing him and finally, a woman underneath her boyfriend (Dave of course) presses it when she's tired of his 'performance' on top of her.
In that last bit... with the couple having sex... I don't know the name of the actress, but she's been in other Chappelle sketches... a very pretty black woman with a big pillowy chest (which jounces around very nicely in her negligee during the 'Wrap it Up" sketch). Surely someone else recalls this/her?
Added later: here's a link to a very low quality copy of the segment of the "Wrap it Up box" skit. I seem to recall the original seen on Comedy Central as being a bit longer... much more bouncing visible (I think)... maybe this one was broadcast over a local station and got edited down a wee bit. Added STILL LATER: it's already aired on the east coast, but 10:30 tonight (Wednesday, Nov. 9th) Nick Swardson's got another bit involving big fake breasts, which appear to be an ongoing theme on his likely-to-be-short-lived show, so enjoy it while it lasts.

Maybe this deserves its own nostalgia thread, I don't know, but on something called MeTV every workday 6 AM in Pittsburgh they've been showing that ancient show "Love American Style," which I swear was some mindless corny squeaky-clean way of trying to sneak some sexual titillation by. Just this morning I saw the vignette "Love and the Nervous Executive" in which Paul Lynde gets to pretend to be distracted by secretary Carol Wayne. (Come to think of it, Carol Wayne may deserve her own thread.) She wears high necklines but her profile shots, zowie.

Wish I felt the same way. Nothing bothers me more that TV writers writing stuff that only other TV writers find funny. I find 30 Rock to be a bunch of self-indulgent nonsense. Although Alec Baldwin's character is good for a chuckle. The irony of real life douche playing a character who is a douche is mildly amusing for a for a few moments. Although that's totally lost on writers who consider Baldwin to be some kind of great acting talent. |

The good thing about the show is that it works on two levels: on one level, it has some very funny "inside baseball" digs at people within the industry, and on another level, it's yet another workplace comedy. I love 30 rock. I just had to catch up on season 5. Almost done and should be ready for Season 6. Personally I don't understand why there are so many variations of CSI and CSI type shows. I would prefer a little more variety. I am also enjoying Person of Interest. As for busty TV sightings, I do miss Kristin Chenoweth and others on Pushing Daisies. Great show, but season 2 was ruined because they got cancelled mid-season and the story sped up and was messy. Sad. Other failed shows I was enjoying include Cavemen, Carpoolers, Better Off Ted, Kath and Kim. But for this thread, I really think Bridalblasty and Stacked should have stuck around. And I enjoyed them as well. |

Okay, so I didn't see this on TV, and it's also from a part of TV we all usually skip (the ads), but I couldn't figure a better place to post it. It's a new campaign from AXE...I think they make that body-spray stuff, though it's not at all apparent from this sequence. And though their ads have always been obviously ridiculous (and in some cases could arguably be borderline offensive), they do have some hot women. Though reasonably busty and quite pretty, the eye candy on last Tuesday's episode of TNT's Southland (titled 'Community') was more about the butt: belonging in this case to an uncredited (per IMDB) actress portraying a scantily-clad promo girl for an energy drink, who gets lost in the 'hood. Per my post here: http://forum.bearchive.com/index.php/topic,266837.0.html a quick search didn't turn up any pix online last night, so I kludged the attached collage myself. Apologies for the finite image quality: we're talking analog standard-def cable -> standalone DVD video recorder -> screen caps on a computer.

Hi guys (and I guess gals). I've been away for a while but always have an eye out for the TV boobs.
Here is one of a lady I never thought busty at all and though she is on the low end of my scale, for some reason her boobs look much larger than they have in the past. Maybe it's the shirt. Anywho, it's Laura Innes of "ER" fame, now on the series "Awake".

I always ignore the inside-baseball stuff, because I would think it was about somebody else in Hollywood. But the program explores all sorts of workplace stuff along with all sorts of sexual variations, and it has a lot of boob jokes. Who among us hasn't dated someone like the drug-addled super-egocentric twit actress played by Jane Krakowski? |

I apologize for the caps. The camera crew didn't really get any good shots of Mrs. Tarzan's breasts. The best shots were in the beginning when she ran out of the jungle to meet Tarzan, but the running shots did not capture well. If you get a chance to see this episode, you will see Mrs. Tarzan's heavy breasts heaving up and down as she runs to meet hubby.
