Shockingly (to me anyway) until your post, I was unaware that any sort of underendowed-male fetish existed (though it makes sense I suppose). As for small breast humiliation, I can't say I've seen much where that was the specific intent, though we have a few long threads here that might include some of that sort of appeal, either accidentally or intentionally. Seach for subject titles that include 'small breasts' (in the Off Topic forum), 'what friends?' and 'large vs. small' or something along those lines.
