The picture must be close to 50 years old, circa early 60's. What year was that taken Goob ?  Well, she only went to a D cup after a series of silicone injections, from a start of B cups. I think it depends on how serious you want to get about cosmetic surgery and the whole idea of reconstructed beauty. What made Ms Doda so special at the time was that she had been a stripper of unremarkable dimensions and changed, literally overnight, into a much different performer. There were a lot of natural women--Virginia Bell and Tempest Storm come to mind-- who were much larger breasted and worked as strippers.
