My girlfriend just went to 800 cc

Some of you may remember she ran a poll here last year soliciting opinion on how big to go. You GUYS! She's 5-3 and 105 pounds.

I wrote the Convince Her Manual - on talking to women about getting BA - which had some defenders and some sharp critics here.

Anyhow, the before (600cc) photos of my dear are at (site reference removed in accordance with the Forum Rules) - she is pretty much all over that website.  

I'm posting here a bit of the story because I know there will be some applause from the bleachers. This didn't 'happen overnight.'
Last year our favorite plastic surgeon, who has long had a crush on her, convinced my girlfriend -- at the door of the OR - not to go up from 600cc. He did her EYELIDS instead. surprise.

She is 5-3 and 105 pounds with her current silicone implants. I mean she was until two days ago.

She's 39, mother of 2, and has her own business. and is nobody's fool.

She kept bringing it up, and I kept responding - the surgeon had told her "Look, if you change your mind, I'll do it for free."

The operation was two days ago. She just went to see the surgeon, told him she had decided, he had an opening the next day, he had the Euro 800 high profiles right there, and boom.  Violently sick afterward, but recouping pretty well.  She's flying back into the US next Wednesday and I'll try to post photos, if I can figure out how - definitely I'll get them up on (site reference removed in accordance with the Forum Rules).  What she's emailed me look like she's in pain- very swollen (albeit delicious) and not for primetime exposure.

As regards the Manual,  it confirms that the process can be long-term.  It's her 3rd BA. First time was 425, then she asked if I'd like 600cc, and it's such an open subject with us -- I mean everyone talks about her breasts, 600 is BIG on her, so people know -- that when she began mentioning 700cc in intimate situations, I said.... wait, this is going in the book. There is something to be said for taking control of a situation at the right moment. BA for us is an extension of sex, just as foreplay with porno is for some couples, or a couple of cocktails beforehand.

Over time we took a subject that could be negative for some, and made it very positive. She may not keep the 800s her entire life, but as she put it, "I'm going to be an absolute bombshell through my 40s, and I'm doing it for YOU."  Well, I hope so!  Pics promised.

And having read the criticism about The Convince Her Manual, some is valid but honestly, it is a method to bring into the open a subject that can then be handled in a positive way.  Buried and thwarted desires fester and breed resentment.  In the open, the partner can embrace them or reject them. Either way, it's clear. And gentle propaganda happens every day on far more serious topics.

But for today, this week - I am jumping up and down. 800cc !  There's a store down in the Florida Keys that ONLY has DD and larger bras in stock. She was DD - and now? We'll see. We're heading to the Keys next week. See ya there!

Sorry to hear that she was violently ill immediately post-op, although I recall cherri was the same way with hers.  (Thankfully, when cherri went back for the explantation of her left implant and the subsequent reimplantation later on, they changed the anaesthesia they were using, so she was MUCH more comfy post-op those times.)

You said she had her surgery done in another country.  Which country would that be?  (I'm more curious about this detail than I am about who her surgeon is, as it sounds like he is reluctant to do larger sizes.)  I understand how adding travel to the mix will add costs and some uncertainty (eg, will the patient be sufficiently healed post-op to be able to make the return travel date, and will the return trip aggravate the surgery results at all), but I'm also aware that medical tourism seems to have come into its own.

On a related note, I do see to some degree where you're coming from, in terms of how the surgery is an adjunct to... well, let's just say lifestyle for now.  Some people are horrified by the notion of any cosmetic surgery, but don't seem to find dental work to be nearly so offensive.  Granted, dental work can be described as necessary on some level, but there's a definite bias in favour of making the results look attractive and not purely functional.

Some folks like tattoos, such as cherri and myself.  That's another form of body modification.  Some folks spend time in the gym to change their look, in part to improve self-confidence, in part to make themselves more attractive (at least more attractive based on their criteria, but the same could be said for most of us).

Way back when I was getting to know cherri, she was unhappy with her boobs because of their sagginess.  She spoke of wanting to get a lift one day.  I showed her post-op lift pics (when no implants were part of the equation) and she was understandably disappointed (and that's understating it).  So she changed her focus to implants.  And post-op, she ended up VERY happy with the results.  She did get a lift as part of the procedure, but a) the scars have faded dramatically and b) any scarring was a distant second to the primary result.

May your girlfriend's healing be uneventful.

Let me rephrase:  Why travel for the surgery?

In this case, the plastic surgeon had made a commitment to increase her size without charging for his time if she really wanted to go through with it.

I want to post some pics - not sure why it isn't working.  anyhow, she is already talking about going to 1000 cc. However, I am surprised to hear myself say, "No need."  anyhow, I don't think silicone gel comes in that large a size -do they?

There was a 1000cc silicone implant study going back a couple years now, although the number of patients being accepted was limited, and that number was hit some time back.  No idea what the current approval status is, although I think it's still in limbo.

More recently there was talk of 1200cc silicone implants, but alas, I don't have any info on that either.

IN any case, we visited the clinic where she had her first enhancement and they pooh-poohed her interest in going bigger, but quoted her for implanting the 800cc expandables, inflated to 960 cc.

She's said, why bother if it's not at least 250 cc this time.
The clinic made quite a point that these expandables give you a year to go up to 300% the rated size, meaning one could theoretically add another 1600 cc.

I'm not sure... at 800cc she looks amazing, can still jog and dance easily, the silicone feels great. If I nudged her, sure she would go to 1100 cc but what if it turned out to be just too much? Have to admit, though, when she brings it up it is intoxicating. And the mind starts picturing, what would she look like, etc.

Hi! Personally, I would go for expanders. They are the best choice for anyone who may need undergo multiple surgeries.

Not only that it's up to you to choose how far you want to go and you don't need a surgery every time you are trying different size, but you can also dare to try reaching some "extreme" sizes. Sizes that you wouldn't normally want to live with. You will just have them huge for some time, have fun with them and when they will become boring and will hinder you too much, you downgrade to something more comfortable.

Only for some time with less easy jogging and dancing, you will both experiences moments you will love to recall in the future. Imagine the pleasure thanks to "added value" in sex or the fun with the altered lifestyle.

honestly I think she looks amazing at 800cc

personally, I like the look of breast augmentations as long as they don't start looking like chest-skin wrapped round spherical balls. as long as there's some natural contour, it's better in my opinion. So I'm not sure what size that would be for your girlfriend. I've seen some very thin models look "ultra-fake" at like 500cc. and I've seen people go up to 1600cc and still have some natural curves to them. it's hard to say what size would tip the balance from semi-natural look to super-fake (a line I prefer to see not crossed myself).

is she below the muscle? that seems to help really large implants to have more contour with the chest wall.

I agree with Kitty, she's got a great result now and I would fear compromising the shape.
