Let's use this thread to assemble a list of interesting Easter Eggs (secret screens, etc. that show up in games or on websites once you press a particular sequence of keys). Praetorian Prefect: "Newsweek Reports Zombie Invasion""Newsweek.com becomes the latest in a long list of sites that will reveal an Easter egg if you enter the Konami Code (↑, ↑, ↓, ↓, ←, →, ←, →, B, A, enter) correctly. The Konami Code is a cheat code that appeared in many of Konami’s video games, starting in around 1986 (my favorite places to use it were Contra and Life Force, 30 lives FTW). Ostensibly this is probably something that was included by a developer unbeknownst to the powers that be at Newsweek, similar to an incident that happened at ESPN involving unicorns last year...."

But if I do that, I'll alert the Google cops to my presence on the web. And once the Google cops have found you, it's only a matter of time till you get sucked down to the game grid. Sam " likes surfing the web by stealthy means" V

Actually, if any of you guys use game consoles, the Rooster Teeth crew (Of Red vs. Blue fame) have posted videos and guides to youtube showing you how to find Easter Eggs. =) Most are fairly amusing.

in the game dodonpachi daifukkatsu, a japanese Arcade game developed by Cave, known for their hard shooters, A new boss has recently been discovered, known as Zatsuza. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHqN_fH2S7k You can see him here, it's the first bug after the golden boss dies. Now this wouldn't be so special, new bosses get discovered often.... if this game wasn't over 3 years old....

Another easter egg out there that took a while to figure out was the secret preview room in Batman: Arkham Asylum.... I loved how ultimately it had to be leaked, since after 6 months no one found it. =P
