web90's pics today (3 August 2010) of Chelsea in a white fishnet top are epic -- or so I would say.  We've just had a lot of hoopla over Chelsea Clinton's wedding, and that's all very sweet and appropriate, but this is really more the "Chelsea wearing white" event that grabs my attention. Cool
