I was a tad skeptical when I found this, but after scanning the client with every AV program I knew and installing it in Sandboxie, it seems legit.
The name of the game is 3D Sexvilla 2 - Everlust. You can find it on this site. It has a development history in the news section and has been around for a while, at least over a year now.
http://www.3d-sexgames.com/It is developed in Austria, and while they claim it is an MMO, I believe that to be a misnomer. It is more along the lines of Ubisoft games in that it requires an online connection to play. The game is free, but you use microtransactions to unlock parts of the game. It is very, very basic and censored to start. You have to unlock hardcore mode which removes the sensor bar from the ladies crotches. You also have to unlock the breast sliders among other model customizations, like face, makeup, hair, body, and tatoos.
The game is played by setting up scenarios and you film them. It has voiceovers that again you must unlock. They come in several languages. It is interactive in that there are toys and outfits that you can use on your models. You can even make a mock-up of yourself to interact with the ladies on screen, or create your own sexual situations. Again, this is really a single player "MMO".
One of the best unlocks, however, is "Atomic Tits". It is a slider you can set that causes a model's breasts to swell as she becomes excited. It has a pretty large range, probably up to beach ball size, but they do look a little odd as the nipple stays the exact same size and the polygons that make up the breasts become a little more obvious at the larger sizes. Note, Atomic Tits only takes effect if the model's clothes are off.
I am a little leary of giving them my credit card number to purchase "sex coins" to unlock anything, but there may be braver people out there who may be entertained by this.
