Perhaps, but it's still a wonderful illustration. It helps that the model is quite attractive also.

Art isn't usually meant to look realistic. This is impressionist. The elbow is exaggerating the proportions, but so are the full breasts and rear end so why aren't you saying they're messed up too

I can't see the thumb on the left hand but I guess it's the angle.

Is a nice drawing he's real good.
