My comments now, as they were initially, are not an attack. Completely on the contrary - I posted in hope of bringing to light some criticism.
PBD implies that a private message could have been appropriate. Well I agree and that's precisely my initial approach. It is because Penelope ignored my emails that this forum provided the obvious opportunity to bring to light a few issues. It is also nearly impossible to even contact PBD via her site - there is no way to find an email address or contact info to voice your thoughts to her. So her posting here seems to be the rare opportunity to tell her something.
If Penelope is truly open to conversation, then why she chose to ignore member's inquiries is in conflict with here words.
As I said before, I am a fan, but that doesn't mean I'm unable to point out issues that could be made better.
My other comments were simple suggestions and I was ticked off to see the entire post taken down.

I could not agree more. And i know there are many out there who think the same. There are not too many that go for extreme anal stuff or pissing.
