I had heard some time in the past that Vixen used to do custom videos. I wondered if anyone out there ever purchased any of them and were looking to sell them?

Really?  I don't remember that at all.  I wish I could help, but as I remember Vixen has ALWAYS been short on material.  Unless you're a member of her site, there is no real way to get your Vixen fix.  The reason I'm replying at all is because it actually used to irk me to see her attending all the adult conventions when she was offering so little on her site.  Best of luck, I hope I'm wrong.
