Hello all,

My GF of many years and I are thinking about upgrading and had a quick question or two.

1. She is currently a 34C and due to some recent weight loss has some (not a ton) excess tissue up there. How big do you think she could go in one go? We talked about the 750-1k range which we estimated would be around an F cup.

2. Any ideas of the costs? Not asking for a quote just a ball park estimate.

Thanks in advance.

750-1000cc seems reasonable.

But I can't tell from the context whether she already has implants or not. On the one hand you phrase it as "thinking about a BA" and not "thinking about another BA" or "thinking about a BA revision". On the other hand, you do say 'upgrade', which suggests she already has implants. Having implants makes it easier to go bigger.

Ultimately arriving at the specific size will require a consult with a cosmetic surgeon.

Anywhere from $3000 to $12000. Geography is a big factor, as is the surgeon's reputation/market demand.

One example of clear pricing, from a surgeon who is also known for doing the larger sizes:

which I think is a fantastic price. Of course, you'll need to spring for travel/hotel, if you're not in the area.

Sorry I should have been more specific. This would be her first BA. She is petite (5'0'' even) but enjoys the attention she gets with her C cups as it is.

And thank you very much for the link. We are in the Pacific North West so Utah is not all that far for us. Thanks you very much Smiley

Now back to the shadows of lurking ^.^

hmmm, at 5-feet-nothing, that's pretty petite. And the way bra cup sizes measure, I find that the smaller the person, the more cup size they can get out of a specific volume of breast flesh. For example, I am a slightly loose 40-42 C cup, which while about 3" of projection from the chest wall measurement, is easily as much breast flesh (but more flattened out/wider) as a 34D.

Plus, while a cup of fluid is technically like 246cc's, it seems that when it comes to bra cup sizes, about 200cc's is a cup size for most people (depending on profile, placement, and the person's overall body size). So 750-1000cc... would probably be 4-5 cup sizes, putting her at like a G cup.

Not sure whether even the more ambitious docs would put 1000cc into a 5ft tall girl on the first go... you'd have to check with them.

On a personal note, my favorite big breast models (read that as "girls I envy") tend to be smaller framed girls who are around the G cup range (denise milani G, jordan carver H, alice goodwin G, etc.) I'm sure your girlfriend will turn out spectacular Smiley
