i know they must exist but there are many 'conservative' surgeons that are in my knowledge, and that have replied to my emails this week. i don't mean real life conservative, SPARKLE BOOBIE conservative. 

i'm willing to travel to most places, within reason. i don't want to be having boobs installed on a desert or iceberg.

I think the chart isn't lined up right and it's 49,900 SEK.... But the real issue with this pricing list is that it isn't clear what the cost covers. It is very possible that these prices are simply the surgeon's fees. And possibly include the OR and anesthesiologist. But it seems very unlikely that these prices include the implant cost as that would be a big variable based on size, type, brand, and even timing.

That said, even if we take the highest price in that general area of the page (69 900 SEK) we end up with about 10,150 USD. Perhaps not super-attractive, but not horrible, either. Especially considering we're no longer talking 800cc implants.

Yup, getting a quote directly is the final answer. Unfortunately I personally had no luck getting even a reply from them. Hopefully others have better luck. I should try again as it's been months since I last tried.

Any yes. $10,150 USD would be fine by me if it really included everything.... specifically if it included the large shell implants. Since that is the tricky part in general.

  They are most helpful and it appears you can get a variety of sizes including liquid silicone instead of the gummy bear models if you so desired as I did. Never got to the price of the whole thing but we emailed back and forth considerably. If Dr. Rai would not have gone to 1600 here I would have gone to Stockholm, Sweden for sure.

I have discussed your case with a plastic surgeon. Non-cohesive silicone implants of this size has an significantly higher risk of rupturing. The incision needed to insert any silicone implant of 1500 cc requires a relatively long incision. How long are your scars now? What is the distance from the centre of the nipple to the crease (inframammary/brest fold). You seem to have very little "support" for the implants.
If your priority is small scars and to get rid of the valves can´t your present plastic surgeon just remove the valves? In reality an increment from 1200 to 1500 cc is marginal and the risk of complications must be considered.

You fly to Arlanda airport (Stockholm) and get to the hospital by bus or taxi. To get new implants is usually done as an outpatient procedure.

I am happy that you had much better results than me. I should try to email them again. I don't think I would feel comfortable with my wife having the liquid silicone type. But I would like to know what options they have available to them for cohesive silicone gels or saline options in the 2000-3000cc range. Thanks for sharing your results in contacting them.

I live in Sweden and have a bunch of ex gf's that like my current gf who have had breast-augmentation. I'd say the typical price for a regular size augmentation with saline implants is around 35.000 SEK and cohesive gel is about 40-42.000 SEK. This clinic is known to be quite expensive and I have never met anyone who have had her surgery there, or even heard about anyone. I would not be too worried about that since clinics in Sweden generally have high standards and have to comply with high requirements on both staff and facilities.
