Oh, gOOber, you decided to bring that here, huh? For the record, gOOb and I both frequent another site which shall remain nameless, but specializes in vintage porn. I happen to be a mod there, which is one reason I am excessively sympathetic to the mods here...
But I look forward to the opinions of others. The other mods and I have been discussing the question of identity for this marvelously beboobed lady. I happen to believe this is a photo of Dawn taken a few years after her modeling heyday, and probably not by a professional photographer. Aside from modeling, Dawn was a sex worker at a time when a lot of clients took photos of sex workers, and I suspect this is such a photo.
For comparison, here is a professional photo taken from about the same angle and (I think) a few years earlier. The makeup used softens her face, so the comparison of lines around her mouth differs, but is consistent. The nostril shape, eye shape, and brow ridge are very similar:
