do PMT make expanders over 3500cc?

hey guys i'm back 
my implant funds are close to complete & i hope to have my first set of 1000cc salines put in before april with Dr Foster and then exchange them for 3500cc expanders in the summer.

just a question, i saw somewhere that 5000cc expanders are available? and if so who makes them?

to be honest the negative feedback i'm going to be getting from my family is going to be bad enough but i'm just curious.. and you never know

The only reference to 5000cc implants (expanders or otherwise) that I can recall ever being mentioned on the BEA, was from one DrGirlfriend, who hasn't posted in years. (The claim was never verified.)

I actually remember it was on a JBI post, i've found two references if i'm allowed to post them.

If they're references to implant manufacturers or to surgeons who use them, I'll delicately suggest that the info is okay to post. Or to put it another way, if someone comes along asking "where can I get 5000cc PMT expanders?" and the answer is "here is the contact info for a publicly known entity", it might be a reasonable thing to post.

Unfortunately they are just mentioning the implants, not with any decent information. I did find however someone saying to get in contact with PMT themselves for custom sizes so I may go down this road.
I can no longer go with Dr Foster because of travel costs ($7k for two visits, 2 people. One for the initial required implant then for the 3000cc expanders.) I naively thought someone else was helping me out for this but turns out they can't.

Dr Shoaib will overfill 800cc becker double lumens until 2000-3000cc but I'm really not keen on overfilling - let alone more than three times the rated size. Right now, I have a quote for 1500cc custom sebbin gels at £8k with Dr Singh in london but I'm really thinking hard as I 95% know this is not large enough. Finding someone who works with PMT expanders in Europe would be most helpful right now.  Stuck in a rut.

Wait what? Wow... I'd heard he works with Beckers and would overfill, but this is the first I've heard he would overfill to as much as 3000cc. Interesting. And you can confirm that he has said that he can overfill the Beckers to 3000cc?

Silicone shells are pretty elastic in nature and quite forgiving. In addition, you've got the silicone gel up front buffering things and providing more of a "soft touch" feeling.

I do agree with you, it would be preferable to get implants rated for the larger size. If you can find them.

Have you chatted with xPhoenix yet? She's in your region of the globe, has similar goals, and has a consult with Dr Shoaib in the near future.

So he seems willing but has well informed me of the risks.. it's just I want to keep a natural shape even though I want huge. And I know 3000ccs will never feel like natural breasts but overfilling such a small shell brings me into the basketball territory I think.

I have not talked to her~ there seems to be a handful of girls in the same situation & I just hope we find someone who doesn't judge and that we can afford to travel to.

this is a useful link. Shoaib still seems to be the only UK surgeon who can do big implants of expanders, will keep you updated if I find anyone else,

well natural look VS supersize is always difficult … the only one that has kinda achieved it in my book is G-Girl here on the forum.
If that is natural enough for you depends a lot on your definition.
And then there is always a question about the feel … if you have strict views on how they should feel you might want to ask her directly, from what i've gathered over the years usually from a certain size on you'll always feel that size was achieved with an implant.
In the end if it is a trade off for you, you might have to find your personal sweet spot, we all wish that every girls' dream could be made true, but that is fantasy and not reality - alas …
