Ilana was a natural 36DD, met a man who liked huge implants, got 1200ccs put in in her first surgery, and 2300cc salines put in in her second surgery, taking her to a big 38GG. For some reason, her boyfriend still wasn't satisfied, and so she left him.
She really looked fantastic with those huge veiny breasts of hers, but I totally understand why she would want them reduced. Never get surgery done for anyone but yourself. Her ex- was very foolish -- and that is being generous.
The fix that the doctor did was to drain the saline completely out of both breasts, before waiting awhile to remove the implants totally, to bring her back down to 36DD.

He ended up putting in 750ccs saline implants. She looks good and big!
The next showing of this episode is Wednesday, July 13 at 1 am EST (i.e. in roughly three hours from now).
