I'm rather digging the tattoo. And of course Taylor.
The tattoo seems unfinished at this point; I look forward to seeing more colour. cherri said much the same thing to me just now. Not necessarily completely opaque with ink, as the outlines really look nice.
Avoid green if you can, Taylor, as excessive use of that will make the tat seem tired and bleah (to me). Oranges and yellows and reds would be plusses for sure.
I'm reminded of that one chick on this season of American Idol (cherri watches it, what can I say) who had just the one full sleeve. Looks great as a single sleeve, although I'm not sure how "too busy" the overall look will seem if both arms were full sleeves.
And while I'm hardly covered in tats (okay, I got one on my back), I would gladly spend time studying Taylor up close, including her tat. Seriously.
And whatever you do, don't put a tat around your navel. I find those... well put it this way, I've yet to see one I like, even slightly. Go for the navel pierce if you like, those are always nice, but avoid belly ink. (Actually now that I think about it, there was one woman whose pics have made the rounds here before whose torso ink I've enjoyed... huge implants, and she has some subtle inkwork which follows the lines of her hips... high on the hips, but plunging down low in the center. She still kept her navel clear of ink clutter, though.)
