Great Moments in Medical Malpractice!
« on: August 20, 2001, 08:35:00 AM »
Ralph magazine (an Australian/New Zealander
men's mag in the vein of FHM and Maxim) reports of a California woman suing her plastic surgeon for malpractice after going in for a minor skin tuck around her 34B bust and emerging a whopping 40DD. The medical office maintains it was a chart error. She maintains it was a little overzealousness on the part of the doctor. Best yet, she's refusing a reduction due to a complete loss of faith in all doctors!

She's gotta be the first to complain. This has to have happened before.

Yeah, a "B" does look a lot like "DD" on a medical chart. Most Doctor's handwriting are awful.

I like that she's suing yet refuses to have them removed. She gets a free boob job, plenty of cash and tons of free publicity that way. That's going California all the way!!! Wonder if her agent gets 10%?
