datits, I made some adjustments to your vid and uploaded the new version. I changed the size from 720 x 576 to 720 x 408, brightened it, and jacked up the sound a little. It's now a 51 Mb avi. A DivX codec may be required to view. I fooled around with deinterlacing but it seemed to make the image blurrier so I didn't use it.

I used AVS Video Converter 4.3. I find it to be a great program with its various editing features. It'll convert between most formats but I don't think it'll convert a swf to another format. I've used it a lot for extracting scenes from dvd's.

A damn shame sicne she's pretty much one of the most boner-inducing person I've seen in the past few years ... just imagine her at the supermarket or stuff like that. I would faint.

Thanks for the interest Tothetop. No cropping was necessary. It looks like when datits captured it, it went from widescreen to full screen, or 16:9 to 4:3. That gave it a "squished from the sides" effect. So with AVS I used a custom frame size for the conversion. I kept the width the same at 720 pixels and changed the height from 576 to 408. So now it became squished from the top and bottom back to a 16:9 widescreen format.

You can find the program fairly easy by doing a Google search. But like most everything else, only the trial version is free. I'd recommend trying it out. But the trial version puts a small logo right in the middle of the vid every 10 seconds or so.
