that is much much larger than 30,000 cc. 28316 cc is a cubic foot.That is closer to 70-100k.

( CC x 1728(inches per square foot) x 3)/(28316 (mL or cc per square foot of space ) x 4 x 3.1415926 (pi))
find this number and take the cube root of it. that is the radius. double it for diameter.
Math for known radius
(4 x 3.1415926 x r^3)/3
take that number divide by 1728 and multiply by 28316
