As reported in RawStory:

DACA recipient died saving Harvey victims — but Customs won’t let his mother into the US to bury him

Alonso Guillen, a 31-year-old disc jockey, who was born in Piedras Negras, Mexico, moved to the United States, under the shelter of DACA. He has been living in Lufkin, Texas, ever since he was a teenager.

As soon as Harvey made landfall, Alonso borrowed a towboat along with some friends and headed to Southern Texas to try and aid people who were trapped due to the natural disaster, Houston Chronicle reported. They were on their way to an apartment complex near the Interstate 45 and Beltway 8 when the hurricane struck the bridge over the creek and capsized Wednesday. Search crews went looking for Alonso after he went missing. His body was discovered on Friday 1 p.m. local time (2 p.m. EDT).

Alonso’s mother, Rita Ruiz de Guillen, 62, who has applied for a legal status is still awaiting entry into the U.S. After learning of her son’s death, Rita requested the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials to grant her a humanitarian visa so that she could come to Houston, Texas, and bury her son, but in vain.

Laws and bureaucracy over humanitary. But at least laws are restored like some of the GOP senators/congress members before said to abandoning the dreamer program.

And now it seems this new German party called AfD (I wrote and described it above) has one of its members that is also a member of a Nazi terror group of three. The main Nazi terrorist (who got caught before killing someone) is this one:

http://www.spiegel.de/international/germany/right-wing-german-soldier-disguised-as-a-refugee-a-1145267.html

It's getting obvious how Nazis hide in regular right wing organizations to launch their terrorist attacks.

Why I write about this Nazi party AfD? Because they will be in the German parliament after the election next month. So officially after WW II and Hitler's death Germany will have his successors in the parliament.

"I listened as they called my President a Muslim.

I listened as they called him and his family a pack of monkeys.

I listened as they said he wasn't born here.

I watched as they blocked every single path to progress that they could.

I saw the pictures of him as Hitler.

I watched them shut down the government and hurt the entire nation twice. I watched them turn their backs on every opportunity to open worthwhile dialogue. I watched them say that they would not even listen to any choice for Supreme Court no matter who the nominee was. I listened as they openly said that they will oppose him at every turn.

I watched as they did just that.

I listened.

I watched.

I paid attention.

Now, I'm being called on to be tolerant.
To move forward.
To denounce protesters.
To "Get over it."
To accept this...

I will not.

I will do my part to make sure this great American mistake becomes the embarrassing footnote of our history that it deserves to be.

I will do this as quickly as possible every chance I get.

I will do my part to limit the damage that this man can do to my country.

I will watch his every move and point out every single mistake and misdeed in a loud and proud voice.

I will let you know in a loud voice every time this man backs away from a promise he made to them.

Them. The people who voted for him.

The ones who sold their souls and prayed for him to win.

I will do this so that they never forget.

And they will hear me.

They will see it in my eyes when I look at them.
They will hear it in my voice when I talk to them.
They will know that I know who they are.
They will know that I know what they are.

Do not call for my tolerance. I've tolerated all I can. Now it's their turn to tolerate ridicule. Be aware, make no mistake about it, every single thing that goes wrong in our country from this day forward is now Trump's fault just as much as they thought it was Obama's. I find it unreasonable for them to expect from me what they were entirely un will ing to give."

No one asked you to cancel DACA. In fact, everyone, from a majority of Americans polled to business & tech leaders to governors and mayors to labor leaders and even to fellow Republicans,  said it was unnecessary. And yet...

@DavidLeopold: "Remember, the decision to cancel DACA is all [the current occupant of the White House]. Sessions is just the willing white nationalist who jumped at the chance to announce it."

And he did so with a barely-disguised glee that was disgusting to behold. Look at the video. He was grinning so broadly, I thought he was going to start giggling.

Quote

HLN’s Carol Costello: “Why didn’t the president make this announcement himself?”

Javier Palomarez (member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and erstwhile member of the White House Diversity Council): “You know, that remains a mystery to me. He punted it to Jeff Sessions to make the announcement. At the end of the day what is important here is that DACA has been rescinded and we now and we now face the spectre of what are we going to do with these eight hundred thousand young people who are here who arrived on average before the age of six through no fault of their own. None of them received any kind of welfare benefits or government subsidies of any kind. They pay taxes. They're either employed or in school. They pay in excess of two billion dollars of state and local taxes on an annual basis. Sixty five thousand of them are graduating from high school every year and ten thousand are graduating from college every year.

Costello: “Thank you for those facts...why didn’t he announce this himself? Did he want to distance himself from the announcement?”

Palomarez: “You know, I don't know what is in his heart. I am disappointed. He lied to the American people. He said that he believed in Dreamers, he said that he would take care of Dreamers. He said that he was going to focus the energies of the Department of Homeland Security on deporting criminals, these are not criminals. Every one of these individuals have been vetted rigorously, none of them have committed a crime of any sort. I don’t know why he decided to punt to Jeff Sessions but the fact of the matter is he’s nowhere to be seen today and I am completely disappointed by the way that he has handled this situation.”

Costello: “Will you resign from the Diversity Council?”

Palomarez: “I effectively resign from that council immediately.”

And please do not come at me with this "we're a nation of laws" bullshit. The same country that lets multiple police officers extra-judicially murder US citizens, and then they get let off the hook? Please.

One of the two top leaders of this new NAZI party, stormed out of a TV discussion because it didn't went her way. A representative of another party asked her to distance herself from her co-leader and another full blown NAZI extremist of the party. Both had fantasies in the past that you could only find on the original Hitler-Nazis.

So much to professionalism, so much about serenity or keeping composure in times of stress, eg. a threatening political situation. Their reaction would be to bomb the opponent, because of the lack of serenity.

Nope. He moved from Vienna to Munich in 1913 when he was 24. He had a lot of trouble with the austrian police in the years before. So somehow, yes, he was a refugee. So the right wing nazi extremists (what an irony) hail a refugee.

And he was probably the best fake news generating member of the Nazis. He manipulated most of these first years because of his troubles.

Meanwhile, Democratic leaders Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi issued a joint statement after a meeting with Trump (in which a lot of GOP leadership, like Ryan and McConnell, was also present):

“In the meeting, the President and Congressional leadership agreed to pass aid for Harvey, an extension of the debt limit, and a continuing resolution both to December 15, all together. Both sides have every intention of avoiding default in December and look forward to working together on the many issues before us.”

"As Democratic leaders, we also made it clear that we strongly believe the DREAM Act must come to the floor as soon as possible and we will not rest until we get this done."

In other words, they went in and came out with EVERYTHING THEY WANTED.

The GOP asked for an 18 month debt limit hike, then six. Schumer and Pelosi said "Three months", and got it.

As one Republican later told Jonathan Swan of Axios,

“Dems bluffed their way into total victory. They win the politics of DACA and leverage on debt in the winter. The fate is sealed – DACA will be reauthorized without strings, Schumer has inserted himself into all negotiations in the winter, including tax, spending and immigration.”

In Trump's comment on the meeting afterwards, he did not mention Ryan or McConnell at all....

So, who really knows the Art of the Deal here?

Btw. Trumpel got bribed by Saudis Arabians by more than half a million $ worth of gifts in  May. He personally accepted them all. Allowed is 390 $. Not only is he a Nazi he's also a Mafioso.

Apropos. 30 years ago he wanted to open a casino in Sydney (Australia). It got stopped because of his involvement with the Mafia. Papers from back then would show this.

No doubt Eric Schneiderman (New York State Attorney-General) and Robert Mueller are going to have a lot of interesting conversations, especially when it comes down to determining which of the man's crimes are state crimes (under Schneiderman's jurisdiction) and which of them are federal crimes like those under the RICO statutes.
