Susie Sparks has to have the biggest areolas. . . as for the biggest nipples, there was this movie post a while back on another site, I didn't grab it but the preview pick showed an asian woman with nipples the size of about 3 thumbs, they were almost an inch tall and an inch wide, it was crazy.

I don't know why you're asking, but OK. Nipples are the protruding point on the breast where the milk ducts gather. Areola is the darkened skin at the base of the nipples, usually semi-circular. With an assist from Alley Baggett, I will illustrate...  |

i remember crystal topps, honey moons and tabitha towers all having huge areolas.
i think most of us can agree that minka probably has the biggest permanent nipples on the big breast scene. she also has quite large nipples when she uses her boob make-up.

Makeup doesn't count. WIth it, any woman can have areolas of any diameter (limited to the size of her breast of course). I for one dislike that whole ultrafake painted areola thing anyway.... that, on top of a spherically distended over-filled bag of saline (or whatever) turns an otherwise Gift-From-God female bosom into a cartoonish likeness of same.

Well, a lot bigger than mine certainly... and the majority of women's areolas as well I would think... it's just that we use a different scale here. Personally I think saucer-sized (as seen in some posts in this thread) are a bit on the too big side, even if there are a lot of people around here who don't agree.
