So far, Taylor Wane was one of the mentioned guests for last year and looks like she will be back this year. I think I remember Sara Jay being ther elast year also but no news yet if she's comic back. At least there's good list of guests coming. More will be announced so check over the site at least once a day for updates. I just hope they would sell the tickets for the event soon.
