OK, off topic....

When you get into a discussion about guns, and someone says that there's no such thing as an "assault weapon"....

When you get into a discussion about guns, and someone says that there's no such thing as an "assault weapon"....

Typical Liberal misdirection. Yes, there are Assault Weapons BUT these are fully automatic weapons which are for Military and Police use and NOT LEGALLY available for purchase at FEDERALLY licensed gun stores by consumers due to the 1934 automatic weapons firearms act. What gun control nuts want to get rid of are weapons like the SEMI - AUTOMATIC  AR -15 which looks like the M- 16 but it is not. Semi - automatic means that when you pull the trigger, a round goes down range once and you must pull the trigger again in order for the next round to go. An automatic weapon will fire as long as you pull the trigger and either empty the magazine / drum or stop pulling the trigger. A semi - automatic is an improvement over the single round weapons such as the Colt .45 Peacemaker, AKA the gun that won the West or the Ol' thumb buster , which in order to fire each round necessitates manually cocking the hammer which the semi - automatic cocks itself to fire the next round. So when Liberals love to say they only wish to get rid of semi-automatics, not guns, they are being ignorant or disingenuous because well over all 98% of weapons sold are semi - automatic. And the AR - 15 is no worse than a hunting rifle because it only looks high performance but a typical Deer rifle has a much more powerful round and  range. The AR - 15 is popular because it is very customizable but its characteristics remain pedestrian. It's like the Mustang 2 automobile that came out in the mid 70's which had the chrome wheels, Sebring rally stripes and other " Performance " options but compared to the Mustangs of the 60's and early 70's, a real fake dog. And the Liberals wonder why we gun owners support the Second Amendment and the NRA. We are dealing with idiots that refuse our right of self defense, our families and our property. And after what happened in Parkland , Florida, where the Police cowered and were derelict on their duty to confront the shooter, who the authorities KNEW he was a basket case and should have been put in a Loony Bin, don't tell me the Police or government will protect us. They at best react and when it takes the 10 or more minutes to respond, you may only have seconds to protect yourself. And this is why the gun debate goes nowhere because Liberals living in their echo chambers / bubbles refuse to acknowledge that there are Evil people out there that do not need therapy but prison and that the Death penalty needs to be used a lot more since the dead can do no more harm.

Does BEArchive's attachments support Animated PNG, allowing us to be rid of 256-color-pallete limitations and dithering forever?

Let's find out!
