No idea what's going around, but we've been noticing a lot of general rudeness lately and frankly it detracts from the qualities that make this forum the community it's become.
Before folks start moaning about that (fictional) 'freedom of speech' thing... anyone who's been here for a while knows we go out of our way to let folks express negative opinions about almost anything... provided that they do so in an adult manner. If anything, we've been rightly accused of letting some repeat offenders get away with too much 'acting out' for too long.
Look: you can think anything you want to about any model, user, subject, website, etc... but you may NOT lash out without restraint any time the urge strikes. If you want to do that you can do so elsewhere: the net is rife with cesspool forums where flame wars are the norm. That's NOT what the BEA Forum is about.
So: if you don't like the way a model looks, or you don't believe someone's telling the truth about something, or you dislike the manner in which a model or website produces their content... that's all fine... you CAN express those opinions (please remember that opinions are not necessarily facts) BUT you may only do so if you can manage to do it in a mature, considered fashion.
Random insults about appearance, borderline libelous comments about behavior, spreading vicious rumors without even a shred of proof, negatively expounding upon someone's character when you've not ever had a single word of dialog with them... all of those things will have consequences.
SO PLEASE: think before you post. Anonymity isn't a license to be an asshat.
