The site rules will be updated shortly to explain that images/links depicting subjects clothed in garments that advertise their compliance with religious conventions (nun's habits, burkas or abayas, etc...) are not permitted UNLESS it's absolutely clear that the subject is portraying a character dressed in a costume (i.e.: an actress, pro model, cosplayer, etc...). Thanks.
Added later: since it came up in another thread as a surprise to someone, let us reiterate the fact already spelled out in the rules/faq and mentioned hundreds of times over the years: if a user is under a temp ban, any attempt by them to participate in spite of that ban by ANY means will result in their temp ban automatically being converted to a permanent ban without discussion or debate. If a user breaks enough rules or misbehaves badly enough to get temp banned, they're well advised to simply cool their jets and wait until it's over, at which point they're welcome to participate once more with no hard feelings. However, if they choose instead to participate under another name/by proxy/whatever, then they will immediately find themselves permanently unwelcome here. We hope everyone will remember this particular bit of the Owner's rules. Thanks.
