Your problem where a new episode you wrote doesn't show up for hours? That's a problem with your browser cache -- the "Creating new episode" page is stuck in your cache, so it can't show your actual episode.
You need to hit Refresh, or just close and reopen your browser. Worst case you need to clear out your browser cache.
If there was a FAQ, this would be the first question on it -- a lot of people have this problem.

Isn't there a way for the code to be written so that the page actually auto-clears or refreshes the cache so this doesn't happen? When i'm working on Blogger and I finish a post, it asks me if I want to go to my post.. years ago, when I clicked that button, it would go back to my blog, but then the new post wouldn't be there.. I had to click the refresh button to see it. ON the newer blogger, you don't have to do that anymore.. it auto refreshes or something.?

You need to hit Refresh...
Shift+Refresh may work better than just plain Refresh for taking care of this problem -- in most if not all browsers, Shift+Refresh forces a full reload of the page from the server, whereas Refresh will often just reload from the local cache.

It wouldn't be a problem if the Create page had a slightly different URL than the page that was eventually created. Unfortunately that's pretty hard to change with our current software.
If anyone knows any HTML coding which would fix the problem, I could add it to the episode pages.

What an embarrassingly simple solution. Thank you.
