The only picture in that collage with an American Flag is the Danni Ashe picture and she is not wearing it.

Wearing an American flag as clothing is frowned upon though, but I am not sure if it is illegal.

I think the fact that it is mostly porn stars who get photgraphed while wearing one is why it is frowned upon. I'm thinking it was Madonna maybe who appeared draped only in an American flag which really sparked some controversy.

Something about a national symbol spread across an amazing pair of breasts doesn't really offend me.  *shrugs*  Maybe I'm odd?

U.S. Code: Title 4 §§ 1-10 (aka the United States Flag Code) dictates how the flag may or may not be treated. You're really not supposed to have the US flag on clothing such as bikinis, shorts, and other undergarments, or on disposable plates and napkins... but 'Muricans are quite good at skimming over the parts of the law that they seem to want to hold other people to but not themselves
