On Monday I tried to buy the audio book, was charged, purchased confirmed via CCbill, recieved "Welcome to BEstoryclub" e-mail, but
I never received the download link.
Thinking it was a fluke and since I have no problem giving another $10 to the BE community (and I just got paid) I purchased the audiobook AGAIN with a different credit card. I was charged, purchase was confirmed via CCbill, "Welcome to BEstoryclub" e-mail and AGAINNever received the download link!
I've contacted CCbill customer support and they said they contacted BEstoryclub.com customer support at my request. I also contacted bestoryclub.com's customer support directly via their webpage (http://www.membershiphelp.com/
). That contact form contains a "username" field to fill in. Since I have no user name because I am not a BEstoryclub.com member (and am having second thoughts about it now) I think I am being ignored.
It has been over 24 hours and I have had no responses from anyone so I'm posting here.
I know it's one's fault here on this forum but I'm hoping someone here can help me.
Does anyone know if there is another preferred person I should be contacting so I can get this resolved? Or an 800 number specific to bestoryclub.com as opposed to their email or CCBill's 800 number. I can't seem to find one. I've never had this much trouble with ANY online purchase. I'm out $20 bucks with nothing to show for it.
