Yep, somewhere in his DA (or blog) gallery he has one where a woman's hooked up to some milking machine, but it's been accidentally switched to reverse, causing her boobs to swell as they engorge with milk.  Granted, that's not how milk pumps work, but it's all in good fun.  I'll recommend that you check out Immortaltom's sites if you get a chance; he does plenty of drawings of oddball/"extreme" transformations, and frequently with a humorous/silly spin to the scenario.

I thought the Medusa myth was that she (and her Gorgon sisters) were cursed by the gods for claiming that they were more beautiful than the gods.  So the interpretation that I can recall is that she's still a gorgeous woman, but cursed to petrify any human who meets her gaze.  At least, the number of sexy/attractive Medusa/Gorgon art out there seems to support that interpretation.

I don't know why it is (and I apologize if it's not to anyone else's tastes), but I really do enjoy these images of women with "more-than-standard-issue" numbers of physical attributes.  For me, multiple breasts and limbs are sexy on a woman (behind only femuscle/FMG, which in turn is behind BE/huge boobs).  So here's a casually-yet-scantily-clad "spider" woman by DeviantArtist AccessWorld:

Well, I've made a recent discovery that should be quite welcome.  Via DeviantArt, I stumbled across Filthmonger, whose art style is still developing but appears to be exclusively devoted to tremendous boobs, nipples, cocks, balls, and the expansion of said attributes.  After reviewing his DA gallery and journals, it turns out that several of his images have been edited to comply with DA's "no erections" rule, but thankfully unedited versions of his work (plus several additional pics) are posted on his BONKers For Boobs blog.

Here's a sample of his work, showing a semi-recurring theme: rapid erection/engorgement of body parts causing various amounts of havoc.

here's a pic I found, while downloading mass quantities of erotic artwork.
I love the sense of proportions in it. with her really ridiculous nipples, and the extreme lactation, not to mention the suggestive position of the pumpkin stalk. Also, "sexy witch" is a great look, doubly so with huge boobs
