Consider my curiosity piqued. Wink The photo is no more recent than 2000 if that's any help with an ID. The mole on her right breast ought to help too.

And another. Personally, I don't find the 80s hair and makeup the least bit off-putting. Seems like that, along with the birthmarks, would help make her identifiable (one can hope).

she's got to be 80's. there were some short hair styles in the 90's but not that particular style.

no idea who she is though.
