Did you paste a layer on top of the original image? (donor boobs?) and then flatten the image? I can give you a little more feedback if I know a bit more of what technique you are trying to use.

First thing that I notice is that the image resolution is low - this can be tricky to work with and sometimes it's just not do-able. It usually results in a poor manipulation. Not saying it can't be done but it's much harder working with  low-res images. My first advice is to try and obtain the highest resolution images that you can to work with. I have seen many that I would have loved to work on but because they were low-res I had to pass.
