Negative, Zook.  Wrong there, also.   ;)

Ok, I think #9 may have stumped some people.  Rather than give it away, I hope the following clues may help:
The lead character is in the gray shirt.  He's been around; worked with Mel Gibson, John Hurt, and Richard Harris.

I recognised the lead actor as Jim Caviezel, but I don't know the film.

Is #9 The 13th Warrior?

This is what happens when you don't use GRIS :)

No, 9 is not the 13th Warrior. I know what it is but only because I IMDB'd Jim Caviezel!

Okay, the movie #9 is... (drumroll)

Outlander

I didn't want to reveal it as I wouldn't have got it from the still alone.  :(

Movie #8 (tricky one this as the still is pretty ambiguous)

Resident Evil: Afterlife

I thought the pic of the lead would take most of it, and the theme of a medieval setting would narrow it even further.  I thought I practically gave it away with the 'fellow actors' clue, since John Hurt was also in 'Outlander.'  They play it on Sci-Fi channel every now & then.

I've never seen it (or heard of it to be honest). I didn't want to spoil the chance for someone to get it right.

Ah yes, Highlander. Classic movie. Some of the scenes in that film were filmed in London (doubling for the US) at a place called Shad Thames.

Still waiting to hear what is going to happen about the proposed Highlander remake.

I didn't have a clue. but a friend suggested that you might be thinking of The Howling II--Your Sister Is A Werewolf. But that can't be, because if it were true, a student of beauty as distinguished as rtpoe would have posted a cap of Sybil Danning.   ???
Someday, chi1dren, this entire fuck-up will be yours.
