I’d just like to take this opportunity to recommend medical product.
I have a dental crown that wasn't that well-made and has come loose a couple of times over the last few years. I hate going to the dentist – although reattaching a crown isn’t a painful procedure I hate the rigmarole of getting an appointment to the dentist, sitting in the waiting room and all that. So I decided to fit it myself.
So I ordered some Denseal dental cement off eBay. I'd read all the reviews and it seemed a good product. It wasn't expensive, less than the cost of a dental visit, and I have loads left should I need to used it again..
Mixing Denseal is tricky. As mentioned in some of the reviews I read - it comes in a powered form with a liquid hardener which you have to mix very well. And you only have minutes before it sets after mixing.
Anyway, to cut a story short. I seems I got it mixed and fitted ok. So far so good.
So if anyone else has had trouble with loose crowns - you can do DIY dentistry.
I'd like to point out I am in no way financially related to this product.
