It is some time ago I found an french implant manufacturer I never heard before:
http://www.laboratoires-arion.com/The interesting thing is, the company is the one of the saline implant inventor (died longer ago) and it is still in the hand of the family. They have developed some interesting technologies which are not used by the mainstream high volume manufacturer.
Eg. Laser wielded occlusion discs which has a lower failure rate, special saline expander implant valves with no bottom that can bend needles, and a technology to have 6 silicone shell crosslayers (6 x 60°) in interchange with another silicone shell varied material for a higher tension break point.
Really sounds interesting.
