Fat, Sick, And Nearly Dead. It's about a guy that goes on a juice fast for 60 days and loses weight and clears up some medical problems. It's on Youtube or Hulu. Look around, you'll find it.
Fit-juice.com is a site about juicing that has a bunch of recipies.Here are the juice recipies he's going to use:
2 whole leaves of Swiss Chard
4 cups of leafy greens such as spinach and baby kale
1 apple
3 small beets
8 Kale Leaves
1 cucumber
4 Celery Stalks
2 Green Apples
1/2 Lemon
1 piece of Ginger
2 carrots
1/2 of a medium-sized beet
1/2 nub ginger
1 green apple
1 lemon (peeled)
2 stalks celery
1 handful parsley
1 tomato

The Reboot With Joe Juice Diet. It's written by the guy that made the movie. According to the book it has:

Nutrition per serving: 251 kCal; 1049 kJ; 6 g protein; 54 g carbohydrates; 1 g fat; 0 g saturated fat; 2 g fiber; 30 g sugar; 128 mg salt
He drinks a glass, approx 12 oz, of orange juice (they juice the oranges in front of you at the store) in the morning, then 64 oz of juice form the recipes above, and then another glass of orange juice at night. So about 90 oz all together.
