Should Himi have expected, practically speaking, her topless videos to leak? Probably, but that's no moral fault on her part, simply being trusting.
It doesn't matter what she showed in private or on Snapchat or IG--if she didn't want those videos public, that should've been respected. Consent should always be respected. If she didn't consent to those videos being released, then it was wrong to release them, period. There's no gray area when it comes to consent, imo.
It's just like saying "well, she's a stripper/prostitute/slut/pornstar--if she didn't want me to have sex with her, she shouldn't be showing off so much already!"
Or maybe "she's already done stuff with me before; if she didn't want me to have sex with her, she never should've come over alone and got me worked up in the first place!"
What you've done before isn't a license to have anything done to you later. Violating someone's consent on the basis that "they've done it before" or "they were asking for it" or "they do it all the time" or "they should've expected me to do it" or any such excuse is wrong, period. I hope we can all see that such behavior, in the case of IRL sex, is assault.
In the case of releasing private videos of her topless, it's still a violation of her bodily consent if she didn't want it released, and it was wrong. And now we might not ever see her show off her tits again (in ways she was comfortable with/consenting to) because someone violated her that way. It sucks.
edit: and to be clear, I want her to go pro as much as anyone, but just because it's something *we* want doesn't mean we're entitled to it over her consent. That's what r*pe culture is.
