I wonder where she stands, on just breast size alone, relative to Norma?

I don't really think one can "eyeball" that estimate visually - one would not be able to get an arbitrary scale (unless both women were to proportionately hold a standard yard or meter stick).

Would need better measurements, with which to calculate volume...

Somehow I'm skeptical that it might actually happen.

actually no, the only dangers to her health occur when her body can't provide enough blood and oxygene to her breast tissue. In that case necrosis of breasts tissue occurs. If this doesn't happen due to the forming of sufficient arteries and veins, the next health problem that may occur is heart failure due to the sheer volume of blood that has to be pumped around But by the time this happens, her breast mass is about 50% of her total body mass.

Doesn't the body adapt in the same way as with obesity? Now I do not know anything about the tissue present in macromastia, but apparently it is not fat, and maybe this is the difference? And of course it can cause skin conditions and infections. My wish would be that Himi would do a few pictures with a proper camera from a proper distance, similar to the ones she has done before, maybe doing something fun such as hugging a tree, doing a cartwheel, or dressing up for  a nite of cocktails. That would be perfect.

I asked why I came across a link about it.

The little I know and that unfortunately she passed away due to Macromastia and said to a photo of her in the hospital layer days before the death; And that the photo may be the largest case of macromastia ever recorded!
