Would Steven Segal now qualify for this list?  Putin just granted him Russian Citizenship.  (I'm not kidding)

Not that Captain Shoepolish in his hair is relevant anymore.

You can have dual citizenship and still remain an American. I personally DO NOT TRUST anyone with dual citizenship since, being old fashion in this respect, you simply can't be loyal to two countries equally. What if Russia and the USA go to blows ( not inconceivable anymore with Russia's recent behavior ) ? Where does his loyalty lie ? Since he eagerly, personally requested citizenship from Putin himself, I hope he dies in a most gruesome manner since he is a traitor in his heart.  >:(

Rhys Ifans - Snowden (movie) - Wales.  (Very convincing accent)  (Oddly, Snowden the place, not the person, is in Wales.)

Both stars of the Oscar-nominated biopic Loving are non-American:

Ruth Negga (ABC's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D) was born in Addis Ababa to an Ethiopian father and an Irish mother.

Joel Edgerton (Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, Zero Dark Thirty and The Great Gatsby) was born in Blacktown, New South Wales, Australia.

My bad about Xena, I was thinking more of the accent than the fact Xena is not an AMerican since the US didmt exist back then!

Lucy Lawless was also in Veronica Mars and had an American accent in that.

Chris Hemsworth (Australia) played George Kirk in Star Trek

Michelle Ryan (UK) played Jaimie Sommers in The Bionic Woman reboot

He's also in Supergirl - and if memory serves, he was in 24.

Just saw an ad for Doctor Strange and that reminded me that English actor Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch (a Dickensian name if ever there was one) plays the American title role.
