Katie McGrath (Ireland) - Supergirl (Lena Luthor)
Dominic Purcell (UK/Australia) - DC's Legends of Tommorow (Mick Rory)
Wentworth Miller (UK) - DC's Legends of Tommorow, Prison Break, Resident Evil Franchise
Eliza Taylor (Australian) - The 100 (although she may actually have been born in Space and technically is not American on the show. Has a U.S. Accent though)

Although I should point out that Wentworth Miller is classed as British/American. His parents are American but he is UK born.

Yes, Wentworth was born in in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England. His father is of African-American (Jamaican) and white (German and English) ancestry, and his mother is of Russian, French, Dutch, Syrian, and Lebanese ancestry. I first remember seeing him in Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together" video. In that one, she was about to get married to Eric Roberts but at the last minute she ran away to be with Wentworth. Ironic because as we later found out, in real life, he happens to be gay.

Angela Lansbury (UK) - Murder She Wrote

Since Angela's co-star in National Velvet, Elizabeth Taylor, was born in London to American parents, she received dual British/American nationality at birth. When she married the Welshman Richard Burton for the first time in 1965, she attempted to renounce her American citizenship but since she struck out the phrase "abjure all allegiance and fidelity to the United States" on the renunciation declaration, it was deemed invalid. She had to re-sign the declaration with the phrase left intact, and she did so the next year. When her 6th husband (John Warner) was running to be US Senator from Virginia in 1977, she applied for and received restoration of her U.S. citizenship.

Jamie Bell (UK) - Fantastic Four

In the first attempt to reboot the Fantastic Four franchise, Mister Fantastic was played by the Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd. He has also played Americans in films such as Black Hawk Down (2001).

    Portia de Rossi (Ally McBeal, Arrested Development, Better Off Ted, Scandal) is married to an American (Ellen deGeneres) and often plays American roles with an American accent, but was born Amanda Lee Rogers in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

    Alex O'Loughlin (Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett on the 2010 CBS remake of the TV series Hawaii Five-0, as well as starring roles in TV shows like the short-lived medical drama Three Rivers) was born in Canberra, Australia, and is of Irish and Scottish descent. Three of his colleagues on Hawaii Five-0 have dual nationality:
    • Masayori "Masi" Oka (Heroes) was born in Tokyo, Japan to Japanese parents, was raised by his single mom after his parents divorced, and moved with his mother to Los Angeles aged six. In addition to his acting career, he worked for Industrial Light & Magic on special effects for the Star Wars prequel trilogy.
    • Grace Park (the Battlestar Galactica reboot) is of Korean descent, was born in Los Angeles but moved to Canada when she was two years old, and thus is Canadian-American;
    • Daniel Dae Kim (Lost) was born in Busan, South Korea, and moved to the United States with his family when he was two years old. For his role in Lost, he had to revive his native Korean language skills.

    And speaking of Lost, lots of the ensemble cast is non-American:
    • Yunjin Kim ("Sun") was born in Seoul, South Korea;
    • Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje ("Mr. Eko") was born in Islington, London, to Nigerian parents of Yoruba origin;
    • Naveen Andrews ("Sayid") was born in Lambeth, London to Malayali Nasrani immigrants from Kerala, India;
    • Emilie de Ravin ("Claire Littleton") was born Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia, an outer southeastern suburb of Melbourne;
    • Evangeline Lilly ("Kate Austen") was born in Fort Saskatchewan in Alberta, Canada; and
    • Dominic Monaghan ("Charlie Pace") was born in Berlin, Germany to English parents.

    Parminder Nagra - UK - Agents of Shield

    Parminder was allowed to keep her native Leicester accent when she starred in the last seven seasons of NBC's medical drama, ER.[/list]

    Good question. Let me consult the "Lostpedia".

    (a couple of deft Google searches later)

    Sun (Yunjin Kim) and her husband Jin (Daniel Dae-Kim) were South Koreans. However, these actors have subsequently both portrayed Americans, in ABC's Mistresses and in CBS' Hawaii 5-0 respectively.

    Eko, also known as Mr. Eko and Father Tunde (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) was Nigerian. He has played Americans in films such as Suicide Squad and Concussion, both alongside Will Smith. The irony is that in the latter film, a biopic, Will played the Nigerian doctor Bennet Omalu with such a terrible attempt at a Nigerian accent that a comedian joked that "Will Smith played a Nigerian, but one with a concussion."

    Sayid  (Naveen Andrews) was Iraqi, but Naveen has played Americans in such films as Planet Terror.

    Claire (Emilie de Ravin) was Australian, but Emilie has played Americans on TV shows like CSI: Miami and NCIS, and in films such as the remake of Stephen King's Carrie.

    Kate (Evangeline Lilly) was American, from Iowa.

    Charlie (Dominic Monaghan) was English, but Dominic has played Americans in films like X-Men Origins: Wolverine and on TV shows like NBC's Chuck.

    Speaking of Concussion, one of its stars was Gugu Mbatha-Raw, the daughter of a white English nurse and a black South African doctor. While she has done more than her fair share of English aristocrats (for instance, in the biopic Belle) she played Americans on NBC's Undercovers and FOX's Touch.

    What I was really saying was did they play Americans on Lost - but you've trumped me with that info.
